In the Convert Module click on the PDF to Word option.
First you should decide which pages in your document will be converted. Choose the option which best applies.
You can choose to apply the OCR engine when converting. This will let you edit any scanned documents in Microsoft Word. This option is defaulted to on. Uncheck the box next to Use OCR to disable this.
If there are tables in your PDF, you can have PDFSam Enhanced retain those tables. This feature needs to be enabled for you to use it. Check the box next to Detect and Convert Table.
Click the Browse… button to change where PDFSam Enhanced will save your file.
Click on Convert to convert your file.
At the top of your document you will see a status update advising you of the progress. In the event you want to stop the conversion, click on Cancel.
When your file is finished converting the status will update to Done.
You can close the notification bar with the X on the right.
In the event you have any trouble with conversion, click here for help.

I often had personal media files to convert and it was really a hectic task to convert them in less time. Then one of my colleague recommended "Total Doc Converter". It works pretty cool for me. You can download the software from Coolutils website. They also offer free trial version. First try then buy.
