- Click here to go to our Account Portal.
- Sign in to your PDFsam Enhanced account.
- Open the Manage Account section.
- Click on the Pencil icon to change the email.
- Insert the new email.
The change will only take place once you have validated the new email address. You will see a new icon appear next to your email. Hovering your mouse over the icon will reveal the email address that is currently waiting for validation.
- Click Resend email if you cannot find the validation email.
- Make sure to check your junk/spam folder.
- Click Cancel at any time if you decide not to change the email address.
To finalize the process, you need to click the VALIDATE NEW EMAIL button in the email that was sent.
